Registration for the SCSC 2008 annual meeting in St. Louis
In order to register
for the conference through this website, you will need to provide
complete contact information and academic affiliation. Payments
must be made online using a major credit card (you will be redirected
to the “Paypal” website to process your payment).

Instructions for Registration
Once you enter the registration website you will need to choose one
of the following registration types:
Regular Registration — $155 USD
This registration type includes access to all conference activities
EXCEPT the Saturday Luncheon/Plenary Session.
Regular Registration plus Luncheon — $190 USD
This registration type includes access to all conference events INCLUDING
the Saturday Luncheon/Plenary.
Graduate Student Regular Registration — $93 USD
This registration type includes access to all conference activities
EXCEPT the Saturday Luncheon/Plenary Session.
Graduate Student Regular Registration Plus Luncheon — $130 USD
This registration type includes access to all conference events INCLUDING
the Saturday Luncheon/Plenary.
Regular Registration plus Spouse/Partner — $165 USD
This registration type includes access to all conference events EXCEPT
the Saturday Luncheon/Plenary. INCLUDES Spouse/Partner Registration
fee of $10.00.
Regular Registration/Luncheon/Spouse/Partner — $201 USD
This registration type includes access to all conference events INCLUDING
the Saturday Luncheon/Plenary AND Spouse/Partner Registration of $10.00.
Regular Registration/Luncheon/Spouse Plus Lunch $237.50 USD
This registration type includes access to all conference events INCLUDING
the Saturday Luncheon/Plenary AND Spouse/Partner Registration of $10.00
plus Luncheon for Spouse/Partner.
If you choose to purchase the optional Saturday Luncheon Plenary Session,
you will not need to make a menu selection, because we will be having
a buffet lunch that will include vegetarian selections.
After choosing the appropriate registration type you will choose a
user name and password. Please note that our registration site is NOT
a secure site, so please do not use the same password you use for sensitive
information. You WILL be redirected to a secure site to make payment
later in the process. Please fill in ALL of the contact information
including your mailing address and phone number. Be sure to include
the name that appears on the credit card you will be using to pay for
your registration in the box provided (do NOT type in the the card
number!). After filling in the contact information you will click on
the “Register” button and be taken to Paypal’s secure
website to make payment. You will receive an email receipt from Paypal
acknowledging payment.
If you are unable to register for the conference online, please send
an email message to conference@sixteenthcentury.org for
a paper registration form that can be mailed to our registrar with
your payment.
